Configures Nudge via the Nudge Post-install script to create:
- LaunchAgent: Opens Nudge
- LaunchDaemon: Redirect Logs
- Local JSON: Configures Nudge
- Hides Nudge: Finder & Launchpad
- Reset function: Policy Script Parameter
